Pizza Dough
Quick and simple pizza dough

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 8 gr dried yeast
- ½ tsp caster sugar
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add Yeast, Sugar and warm water into a small bowl. Mix them then let sit for 2 minutes
- Sift flour into a large bowl then add salt
- Combine yeast mixture into flour. Add oil and mix until becomes a dough
- Cover bowl and let to rise in a warm place for at least 10 minutes
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes. Adding more flour if necessary, or until elastic (when you press the top it should bounce back)
- Roll the dough round into round pizza shape. Top with pizza toppings
