Pizza Dough

Quick and simple pizza dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 8 gr dried yeast
  • ½ tsp caster sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add Yeast, Sugar and warm water into a small bowl. Mix them then let sit for 2 minutes
  • Sift flour into a large bowl then add salt
  • Combine yeast mixture into flour. Add oil and mix until becomes a dough
  • Cover bowl and let to rise in a warm place for at least 10 minutes
  • Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes. Adding more flour if necessary, or until elastic (when you press the top it should bounce back)
  • Roll the dough round into round pizza shape. Top with pizza toppings
